My First Published Pattern!

20150610_Spring-Fling-scarf_027_jah_editedShelley Stone from the Palouse Yarn Company (and owner of my favorite yarn store, The Yarn Underground) needed some swatches for the Big Sky Fiber Arts Festival. I volunteered, and together we brainstormed to come up with this pattern. I fleshed out the final details and knit it up in early June in time for Shelley to take it to the festival. She liked the pattern so much, she asked me to write it up so we could publish it. Yay! My first published pattern! I just LOVE the PYC Merino Fine in Tropicana. The color is utterly gorgeous and the yarn is so soft and shimmery. Can’t wait to work on more projects with Shelley!
